Das offizielle Musikvideo zum Album „Narben und Souvenirs". Das Album ist erhältlich seit dem 28.10.2011. „SIX-Texte sind konkret, sie enthalten klare Ansagen, die jeder nachvollziehen kann", betont er, „jeder war schon mal unten. Du kannst es nicht ändern, leb damit und akzeptier´ es -- das macht das Leben einfacher", lautet sein Rat. Die zehn Songs bestechen durch unverblümte Sprache und schnörkellose Musik, „schließlich wollen wir uns nicht verbiegen!". „Im Feuer geboren" beispielsweise ist ein treibender, melodiöser Rocker, der von den harten Zeiten berichtet, durch die Six gegangen sind. „Es liefen schon Wetten, dass es uns nicht mehr lange geben würde", grinst der Frontmann und verweist darauf, dass die Band 2012 ihr zwanzigstes Jubiläum feiern wird. „Ich glaube an die Liebe" ist eine Hymne, die vor Optimismus nur so strotzt, „Pessimismus ist sinnlos, für mich ist das Glas halbvoll", sagt Stefan typischerweise. Das mittelschnelle „Himmel Auf Erden" beschreibt das Auf und Ab des Lebens am Beispiel eines Boxers, der nach vielen Kämpfen noch einmal in den Ring steigt. „Wärst du noch hier" ist eine melancholische Ballade, ein Abschied von der Mutter, dessen Worte niemanden kalt lassen. „Glück" entpuppt sich als Pechvogel-Chanson, nur von Piano und Stimme getragen, mit schwermütigen Cello-Klängen am Ende. „Der emotionale Tiefpunkt der Platte", wie Stefan findet. Es folgen die Rache-Fantasie „Her mit eurem Geld", voll von Trotz und griffigen Riffs sowie der Titelsong „Narben und Souvenirs". „Hier geht´s um eine Person, die verlassen wird. Sie bleibt zurück mit einer vernarbten Seele und dem Haus, das man zusammen gebaut hatte. Aber das Leben geht weiter, es ist ein Glücksspiel und schon morgen wird neu gelost." An Stefans Seite steht seit jeher eine tatkräftige Mannschaft. Der Produzent des neuen Albums und gleichzeitig der Bassist Robert Gläser hat die Musik fast aller neuen Lieder geschrieben, während die Texte Gemeinschaftsarbeiten mit befreundeten Textern sind. Die geilen Gitarrentöne stammen von Uwe Fischer, einem Könner an den Saiten, mit der Gabe, eben gehörte neue Songs ad hoc nachspielen zu können. Keyboarder Andreas Giersch ist das ausgleichende Element der Band, nicht nur ein Tastenmann der Extraklasse, sondern auch der Diplomat des Quintetts. Gemeinsam hat die Band in fast zwei Jahrzehnten 1,2 Millionen Straßenkilometer zurückgelegt und wird in Kürze ihr 2.222. Konzert geben. Nun lässt sie ihr neues Album „Narben und Souvenirs" vom Stapel. Es zeigt einen Steuermann mit seiner Mannschaft, die manch schweren Sturm überstanden hat.
